We ask all visitors to this message board to acknowledge the following: While this message board is sanctioned by Wayne Enterprises (created by John Wayne during his lifetime), the views expressed here are not the views of the aforementioned association. This message board was created for the sole purpose to provide a meeting ground for John Wayne fans worldwide.

Please keep in mind: We recognize that all users are entitled to their own opinions, and we ask other users to respect this as well. However, blatant and malicious posts will not be allowed or tolerated. While we cannot completely monitor posts of this nature, we will do our best. We ask all users to adhere to this policy out of respect for the integrity of the message board and its users.

The following rules will be enforced on this board:

No linking to other forums or blogs
The linking of other forums or blogs to the John Wayne Message Board is discouraged, as we cannot ensure the policies of other forums are in keeping with our own and vice versa. For the sake of averting confusion, we ask that opinions posted in other forums stay in those forums and opinions posted in this forum stay in this forum. Please note that links of this nature will be deleted without notice.

Slandering John Wayne or other users will not be tolerated
Swearing, inappropriate content and photos, and general bashing of others will be deleted without notice.

Active Membership Status
As a member, you will be required to maintain an active membership status with the message board. All members who have not posted for a period of 90 days or more will be inactivated. Given that purpose of the Message Board is to promote a community of active members, this policy is purely for the sake of quality interaction.

Unused New Accounts
By creating an account on this forum you agree to become an active member of this community. If after 60 days you have not used your account, we will assume the account was created in error and it will be purged. All new accounts are activated within 12 - 48 hours so having to wait a few hours should not be an inconvenience but we do understand that many accounts are created and then forgotten.
